Two beach badges per room will be provided at check-in. There is a $50 refundable, cash deposit per badge.
Rates are per room or suite - single or double occupancy - excluding tax. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Extra person charge for suites: $30 per person, per night. Maximum of 2 additional people allowed.
2 night minimum required on weekends, 3 night minimum on holiday weekends in High Season.
A one night deposit is required to guarantee reservation. Unless guaranteed by a credit card, a deposit check must be received within 2 weeks of placing reservation. 3 nights prepaid to guarantee Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day weekends.
We cannot guarantee room placement.
Cancellation Policy: Deposit will be refunded only if notice is given at least 10 days prior to arrival. A $25 Service Fee will be charged for all cancellations.
Smoking permitted in designated areas only.
No coolers or cooking appliances allowed in rooms.
